【轉知】國立臺灣大學-「學術簡報技巧攻略工作坊」(Academic Presentation Skills Workshop)

主旨：由本校EMI教學資源中心與寫作教學中心合作辦理「學術簡報技巧攻略工作坊」，自即日起開放報名，敬請惠予轉知並鼓勵貴校師生踴躍報名參加，請查照。

說明： 

  1. 為協助各校培養EMI教學助理（EMI TA）之教學技能，本校 EMI教學資源中心與寫作教學中心合作辦理旨揭活動，以秉 持資源共享、共學共益之理念，強化EMI教學助理中英雙語 簡報與表達能力，並協助學生深入理解課程重點，提升教學成效。 

  2. 旨揭活動採嘉年華式闖關教學設計，亮點及預期效益如下： 

(1)三分鐘打動人心之簡報力：以故事與邏輯強化內容，使之清楚、易聽、易記。 

(2)中英雙語實戰應用：可用於課堂、研究與職場情境。

(3)嘉年華式闖關挑戰：趣味遊戲攤位與獎勵機制，於實作中精進表達。

(4)跨校交流：促進不同領域師生互動連結與經驗分享。

(5)預約式即時回饋：完成挑戰後由專業師資提供現場指導與優化建議。

      3.辦理資訊如下：

(1)時間：114年10月13日（星期ㄧ）13時30分至16時30 分。 

  1. 中文場：13時30分至14時30分。 

  2. 嘉年華：14時30分至15時30分（無需報名，自由參加）。 

  3. 英文場：15時30分至16時30分。 

(2)地點：本校普通教學館102教室。 

(3)對象：全國大專校院教師與EMI教學助理（EMI TA）。 

(4)報名期限：即日起至9月30日。

Subject: Registration Open for the “Academic Presentation Skills Workshop” Co-Organized by NTNU EMI Teaching Resource Center and Writing Center – Kindly Forward and Encourage Faculty and Students to Participate

Description:

To assist universities and colleges in developing the teaching skills of EMI teaching assistants (EMI TAs), the NTNU EMI Teaching Resource Center, in collaboration with the Writing Center, is organizing the “Academic Presentation Skills Workshop.” Upholding the principle of shared resources and mutual learning, the workshop aims to strengthen the bilingual (Chinese-English) presentation and communication skills of EMI TAs, help students better understand course content, and enhance teaching effectiveness.

Workshop Highlights and Expected Benefits:

  • Three-Minute Impact Presentations: Strengthen content with storytelling and logical structure to make presentations clear, memorable, and engaging.

  • Bilingual Practical Application: Applicable in classroom, research, and workplace scenarios.

  • Carnival-Style Challenge: Fun game booths and reward mechanisms for hands-on skill practice.

  • Inter-University Interaction: Promote networking and experience sharing among faculty and students from different fields.

  • Scheduled Real-Time Feedback: Professional instructors provide on-site guidance and improvement suggestions after challenges.
