【轉知】國立臺灣大學-「EMI Plus教師增能工作坊」(EMI Plus Faculty Professional Development Workshop)

主旨:本校EMI教學資源中心辦理第5屆「EMI Plus教師增能工作坊」,自即日起開放報名,敬邀貴校教師報名參加,請查照。

說明:

一、旨揭工作坊為EMI增能課程,由不同專業領域之教師,於5日的工作坊中(合計36小時)傳授各式增能主題,例如:BOPPPS教學法、EMI課室困境與解方及互動式數位工具應用等及學員每日進行教學演練,並導入「前後測」作為評量,以清楚呈現增能成效。通過評量者,將獲本校EMI教學

資源中心頒發的「結訓證明」與ISW國際認證(Instructional Skills Workshop)的結業證書,詳細資

二、工作坊資訊:

(一)日期:115年7月15日(星期三)、7月16日(星期四)、7月17日(星期五)、7月20日(星期一)、7月21日(星期二),共5日。

(二)地點:本校(詳細地點將於報名後通知)。

(三)報名對象:以各大專校院醫學院之專案或專任教師為優先對象;若尚有名額,將開放其他領域教師報名參加。採個人線上報名,名額上限20人。報名結果將於報名後陸續以電子郵件通知。

The EMI Teaching Resource Center is pleased to announce the 5th "EMI Plus Faculty Professional Development Workshop." This intensive program is designed to empower educators with advanced EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) teaching strategies. We cordially invite faculty members from your esteemed institution to participate.

Workshop Highlights This comprehensive 5-day program (totaling 36 hours) features experts from various professional fields. The curriculum covers a wide range of enhancement topics, including:

  • The BOPPPS Teaching Model

  • Solutions for common EMI classroom challenges

  • Applications of interactive digital tools

  • Daily micro-teaching practice sessions

To ensure measurable learning outcomes, "Pre-tests" and "Post-tests" will be conducted throughout the course. Participants who successfully pass the assessments will receive a Certificate of Completion from our EMI Teaching Resource Center, as well as the internationally recognized ISW (Instructional Skills Workshop) Certificate. Event Schedule The workshop will take place over five days:

  • July 15 (Wednesday), July 16 (Thursday), July 17 (Friday), July 20 (Monday), and July 21 (Tuesday), 2026.

Venue The workshop will be held on our campus. Specific location details will be provided via email upon successful registration.

Target Audience & Capacity

  • Priority will be given to full-time or project-based faculty members from Colleges of Medicine across all universities.

  • Remaining seats will be opened to faculty from other disciplines.

  • The workshop is limited to 20 participants. Registration results will be sent periodically via email.
