【轉知】國立臺灣大學 -「EMI Plus教師增能工作坊」/National Taiwan University - "EMI Plus Teacher Empowerment Workshop"

主旨：本校EMI教學資源中心辦理第3屆「EMI Plus教師增能工作坊」，自即日起開放報名，敬邀貴校教師報名參加，請查照。

說明：

一、旨揭工作坊為EMI增能課程，由不同專業領域之教師，於5日的工作坊中（合計36小時）傳授各式增能主題，例如：BOPPPS教學法、EMI課室困境與解方及互動式數位工具應用等，並導入「前後測」作為評量，以清楚呈現增能成效。通過評量者，將獲本校EMI教學資源中心頒發的「結訓證明」與ISW國際認證（Instructional Skills Workshop）的結業證書，詳細資訊請參閱附件議程與網站（https://emitlc.ntu.edu.tw/pages/10）。

二、工作坊資訊：

(一)日期：114年1月08日（星期三）、1月09日（星期四）、1月10日（星期五）、1月13日（星期一）、1月14日（星期二），共5日。

(二)地點：本校博雅教學館406教室。

(三)報名對象：各大專校院專案或專任教師，採個人線上報名，人數上限20人。報名結果將於報名後陸續以信件通知。

(四)報名日期：即日起至113年12月8日（星期日）止。

The EMI Teaching Resource Center at National Taiwan University is hosting the 3rd "EMI Plus Teacher Empowerment Workshop." Registration is now open, and we warmly invite your faculty members to sign up and participate. Please refer to the details below.

Details:

  1. Workshop Overview:
    The "EMI Plus" workshop is an empowerment program designed for EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) teachers. During this 5-day workshop (36 hours in total), instructors from various disciplines will cover a range of topics including:

    • BOPPPS Teaching Methodology
    • EMI Classroom Challenges and Solutions
    • Interactive Digital Tool Applications
      The workshop will also integrate "pre-test" and "post-test" assessments to clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of the training. Participants who pass the assessments will receive a "Completion Certificate" from the EMI Teaching Resource Center and an ISW (Instructional Skills Workshop) International Certificate.   2. Workshop Information:

    • Dates: January 8, 2024 (Wednesday), January 9, 2024 (Thursday), January 10, 2024 (Friday), January 13, 2024 (Monday), January 14, 2024 (Tuesday) — 5 days in total.
    • Location: Room 406, Bo-Ya Teaching Building, National Taiwan University.
    • Target Audience: Full-time or project-based faculty members from universities and colleges. Registration is on an individual basis, with a maximum of 20 participants. The results of the registration will be notified by email after submission.
    • Registration Deadline: December 8, 2024 (Sunday).
