【轉知】國立陽明交通大學-國際高教英語授課EMI認證課程(Advance HE EMI Training for Professional Academics)

主旨：本校教務處國際高教培訓暨認證中心舉辦「國際高教英語授課EMI認證課程(Advance HE EMI Training for Professional Academics)」，惠請轉知教師、博士生及博士級人才踴躍參與，請查照。

說明：

一、「國際高教英語授課EMI認證課程(Advance HE EMI Training for Professional Academics)」，由英國高等教育學院(Advance HE)國際高教培訓講師，搭配本校國際高教培訓團隊講師共同授課，提供兼具國際視野和臺灣實務經驗的高教教學培訓，完成後可獲英國Advance HE結訓證書。

二、課程資訊：

(一)參加對象：本國公私立大專校院擬提升EMI教學策略與自我專業教學成長之教師、博士生及博士級人才。

(二)課程時間：共計24小時(線上同步＋實體EMI教學演示與觀議課)。

(三)課程主題：支援教師在專業領域英語授課(EMI)的教學技巧和教學策略提昇，並協助其掌握與高等教育教學相關的最新理論和實踐。

(四)報名時間與方式：115年4月13日至115年5月29日逕至本校推廣教育網站「國際高教英語授課 EMI 課程計畫」專區(https://cec.nycu.edu.tw/Course/CourseInfo?CId=93171)報名與繳費。5月15日前報名可享早鳥方案，報名期間亦有團體三人(含)以上優惠方案。

Subject:
The International Higher Education Training and Accreditation Center of the Office of Academic Affairs at our University will offer the “International EMI Certification Program for Higher Education (Advance HE EMI Training for Professional Academics).” Kindly circulate this information and encourage faculty members, doctoral students, and PhD-level professionals to participate.

Explanation:

  1. The International EMI Certification Program for Higher Education (Advance HE EMI Training for Professional Academics) will be jointly taught by international higher education training instructors from Advance HE (UK) and the international higher education training team of our University. The program provides higher education teaching training that integrates both international perspectives and Taiwan’s practical experience. Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion issued by Advance HE (UK).

  2. Course Information:

    (1) Target Participants:
    Faculty members, doctoral students, and PhD-level professionals from public and private universities and colleges in Taiwan who wish to enhance their EMI teaching strategies and professional teaching development.

    (2) Course Duration:
    A total of 24 hours (including online synchronous sessions and in-person EMI teaching demonstrations and classroom observation with discussion).

    (3) Course Objectives:
    The course aims to support instructors in improving teaching techniques and instructional strategies for English-Medium Instruction (EMI) in their professional disciplines, while helping participants gain familiarity with the latest theories and practices in higher education teaching.

    (4) Registration Period and Method:
    Registration and payment are available from April 13 to May 29, 2026, through the Continuing Education Center website under the section “International EMI Course Program for Higher Education”:

    Early-bird registration is available for applications submitted before May 15, and group discounts are also offered for three or more participants during the registration period.
