【轉知】國立臺灣科技大學 -《EMI教師培訓》線上課程("EMI Faculty Training" Online Course")

主旨：本校EMI教學資源中心辦理《EMI教師培訓》線上課程，詳如說明，請惠予轉知並邀請貴校教師踴躍報名參加，請查照。

說明：

一、本校EMI教學資源中心(以下簡稱本中心)配合2030雙語政策及大專校校院推動EMI課程，於本(113)年正式成立。結合技職院校與一般大學之實務教學特色，並提供各大專校院教學之資源，此次與Fulbright Taiwan學術交流基金會EMI顧問團隊，聯手舉辦EMI教師培訓活動，以推動各大專校院EMI教師教學知能培訓，期望達到EMI教師教學增能之目的，並透過資源中心資源共享，合作共好之理念。二、課程時間：模組1時間為 3/4至3/25、模組2時間為 4/1-4/22、模組3時間為4/29至5/20。

三、課程資訊：

(一)各階段模組共12小時的課程，累計完成課程時數皆可獲得結訓證書電子版。完成三階段36小時培訓課程，可獲得認證完成36小時的結訓證書。詳細課程資訊請見本中心網站https://ntusttlc.ntust.edu.tw/。

(二)線上課程，使用Microsoft Teams。報名成功將以信件寄發課程連結。

四、報名資訊：

(一)報名對象：各大專校院教師皆可報名。

(二)報名期間：即日起至額滿為止。每單堂課程培訓名額有限，敬請把握機會，錄取者本中心將以信件通知。

Subject: Invitation to the "EMI Faculty Training" Online Course

Dear Sir/Madam,

The EMI Teaching Resource Center at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) is pleased to announce the "EMI Faculty Training" online course. We kindly ask for your assistance in disseminating this information and inviting faculty members from your institution to participate.

Course Details:

  1. Purpose:
    In alignment with the 2030 Bilingual Policy and the expansion of EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) courses in higher education, the EMI Teaching Resource Center was officially established this year. This initiative integrates both vocational and general university teaching expertise and provides valuable teaching resources. In collaboration with Fulbright Taiwan's EMI Advisory Team, this training program aims to enhance the teaching competencies of EMI faculty members and promote resource-sharing across institutions.

  2. Course Schedule:

    • Module 1: March 4 – March 25 (Registration Closed)
    • Module 2: April 1 – April 22
    • Module 3: April 29 – May 20

  3. Course Format & Certification:

    • The program consists of three modules, each totaling 12 hours.
    • Participants completing all 36 hours (all three modules) will receive an official Certificate of Completion.
    • Courses are conducted online via Microsoft Teams, and registered participants will receive the course link via email.

  • Eligibility: Open to all faculty members from universities and colleges.
  • Registration Deadline: Until spots are filled (Limited seats available). Successful registrants will be notified via email.
