【轉知】國立中興大學-暑期系列課程/Providence University - Intercollegiate EMI Workshop

主旨：有關本校辦理「國立中興大學EMI教學資源中心：教師全英語教學知能培訓-阿得雷德大學(The University of Adelaide)暑期系列課程」，請惠予轉知並邀請貴校教師踴躍報名，請查照。

說明：

一、為使大專校院教師在以英語作為教學媒介的教學現場具備更多元之技巧與實務工具，提升學生在EMI課程之學習成效，特於114年辦理本系列課程。

二、本系列課程包含「國內實體培訓課程」及「國外移地培訓課程」兩種方案(簡章詳如附件1)，相關資訊擇要說明如下：

(一)國內實體培訓課程：

１、日期：114年6月30日(一)至114年7月10日(四)，共36小時(含15分鐘教學演示)。

２、地點：國立中興大學場(NCHU)、朝陽科技大學場(CYUT)，兩場擇一。

３、人數：每場20人。

(二)國外移地培訓課程：

１、日期：114年8月4日(一)至114年8月15日(五)，共40小時(含15分鐘教學演示)。

２、地點：澳洲阿得雷德大學。

３、人數：16人。

三、報名方式：請於網址https://emitlc.nchu.edu.tw/training/20點選右上角「報名」並上傳申請表，格式如附件2，報名時間為即日起至額滿為止。

Subject: Invitation to NCHU EMI Teaching Resource Center’s Teacher Training Program – University of Adelaide Summer Series

Details:

  1. To enhance faculty members' English-Medium Instruction (EMI) skills and provide practical tools for effective teaching, National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) is organizing the EMI Teaching Competency Training – University of Adelaide Summer Series in 2025.

  2. This program offers two training options: Domestic In-Person Training and Overseas Training in Australia (Details in Attachment 1). Key information is as follows:

    (1) Domestic In-Person Training:

    • Dates: June 30 – July 10, 2025 (36 hours, including a 15-minute teaching demonstration)

    • Locations: NCHU (National Chung Hsing University) or CYUT (Chaoyang University of Technology) – Participants select one venue.

    • Capacity: 20 participants per venue

  3. (2) Overseas Training in Australia:

    • Dates: August 4 – August 15, 2025 (40 hours, including a 15-minute teaching demonstration)

    • Location: The University of Adelaide, Australia

    • Capacity: 16 participants
