主旨:檢送本校EMI教學資源中心「Enhancing EMI Excellence with AI, Mentorship and Teaching Practices :RCEMI Professional Development Symposium 成果發表暨研討會」宣傳海報及議程各乙份,敬邀貴校教師參加,並請惠允參加教師公差假辦理,請查照。
說明:
一、本校EMI教學資源中心(以下簡稱本中心)主辦「Enhancing EMI Excellence with AI, Mentorship andTeaching Practices : RCEMI Professional Development Symposium 成果發表暨研討會」,旨在促進不同專業領域教師分享學習成果與 EMI 授課經驗,深化交流互動。研討會內容包括本中心113-1學期36小時EMI教學增能課程之學員成果發表、赴美國德州大學奧斯汀分校移地訓練以及 EMI 教師專業社群補助計畫之成果發表及美國德州大學奧斯汀分校移地訓練分享會。同時設有兩場專題講座及EMI綜合座談,探討EMI 理論與實務的結合、教學應用、課程設計,並探討 AI於EMI教學實踐應用之助力。
二、活動資訊:
(一)日期:113年12月7日(星期六)。
(二)時間:上午9時至下午4時30分。
(三)地點:本校和平校區誠101講廳。

Subject: Announcement of "Enhancing EMI Excellence with AI, Mentorship, and Teaching Practices: RCEMI Professional Development Symposium - Results Presentation and Seminar" – Invitation for Faculty Participation
Details:
The EMI Teaching Resources Center of our university (hereafter referred to as "our center") is hosting the "Enhancing EMI Excellence with AI, Mentorship, and Teaching Practices: RCEMI Professional Development Symposium - Results Presentation and Seminar." The event aims to promote the sharing of learning outcomes and EMI teaching experiences from teachers in various professional fields, deepening interaction and exchange. The symposium will feature presentations on the results of the 36-hour EMI teaching enhancement course offered in the 113-1 semester, as well as reports on the immersion training at the University of Texas at Austin and the EMI Teacher Professional Community Subsidy Program. Additionally, two keynote lectures and a comprehensive EMI panel discussion will be held, addressing the integration of EMI theory and practice, teaching applications, course design, and the role of AI in EMI teaching practices.
