【轉知】國立中山大學-「逢甲x中山EMI教師增能活動」/National Sun Yat-sen University - "Feng Chia x Sun Yat-sen EMI Faculty D

主旨：本校雙語教育資源中心協助逢甲大學辦理113-1學期「逢甲x中山EMI教師增能活動」，惠請轉知所屬教師報名參加，請查照。

說明：

一、本校獲教育部補助「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」重點培育學校及成立「國立中山大學雙語教育資源中心」，為發揮重點培育學校資源共享效益，並提升大學教師全英語授課能量，故辦理旨揭活動。

二、詳細說明如下：

(一)時間：113年09月05日 (四) 至 113年09月06日 (五)

(二)地點：逢甲大學商學大樓103教室（臺中市西屯區文華路100號）

(三)活動內容：本培訓包含3場工作坊、1場教師社群，若教師全程參加後，再參加2場由本中心舉辦的EMI教師社群活動，或於113-2學期向中心申請籌組跨校教師社群；且於後續學期間向中心申請教學觀課服務，如此即可取得進階級結訓證明。

(四)參加對象：歡迎全國大專院校教師參加，限額20名。

(六)報名期限：即日起至113年08月29日或額滿為止。

三、為協助了解教師參與培訓增能情況，本中心將導入培訓前後自評問卷。

Subject: NSYSU Bilingual Education Resource Center Assisting Feng Chia University with the 113-1 Semester "Feng Chia x Sun Yat-sen EMI Faculty Development Program" – Please Inform Your Faculty to Register

Description:

  1. Our university has received support from the Ministry of Education as a key institution in the "Bilingual Learning Program for College Students" and has established the "NSYSU Bilingual Education Resource Center." To maximize resource sharing among key institutions and enhance the ability of university faculty to teach entirely in English, we are organizing the aforementioned program.

  2. Detailed information is as follows:

    (1) Dates: September 5th (Thursday) to September 6th (Friday), 113th year (on the Republic of China calendar).

    (2) Location: Room 103, Business Building, Feng Chia University (No. 100, Wenhua Road, Xitun District, Taichung City).

    (3) Program Content: The training includes three workshops and one faculty community session. Faculty who participate fully and subsequently attend two faculty community sessions organized by our center, or apply to form an inter-university faculty community in the 113-2 semester, and also apply for classroom observation services from the center during subsequent semesters, will be eligible to receive an advanced-level certificate of completion.

    (4) Target Participants: Faculty from universities nationwide are welcome to participate, with a limit of 20 participants.

  3. To assist in understanding the effectiveness of faculty training, our center will implement a self-assessment questionnaire before and after the training.
