【轉知】國立中興大學/3場跨校聯合EMI講座/National Chung Hsing University / Three Joint EMI Lectures Across Universitie

主旨：檢送本校EMI教學資源中心辦理3場跨校聯合EMI講座，敬請惠予轉知並鼓勵貴校師生踴躍報名參加，請查照。

說明：

一、為協助各大專院校提升EMI課程之教學知能，本校EMI教學資源中心聯合國立雲林科技大學教學卓越中心和國立彰化師範大學教學發展中心合作舉辦旨揭3場講座，秉持資源共享之理念，提升教師教授EMI課程之助益及成效。

二、旨揭3場工作坊資訊如下：

(一)第1場

１、主題：EMI教學的魔法世界：從理論到現實的挑戰冒險（Unlocking the Magic of EMI: From Theory to Real-World Adventures）

２、講者：邱奕穎–國立中興大學雙語中心主任

３、時間：113年10月11日（星期五）14時至16時

４、地點：Google Meet線上會議，將於活動報名截止後寄送會議連結

５、對象：全國大專校院教師

(二)第2場

１、主題：同行一段、成就彼此的EMI TA實作（Walking Together: Achieving Success through EMI TA Practice）

２、講者：王惠鈴–逢甲大學全校國際生大一不分系學士班主任

３、時間：113年10月17日（星期四）14時至16時

４、地點：國立雲林科技大學 人文學院（DS-120演講廳）

５、對象：全國大專校院學生

１、主題：EMI課程設計藍圖與準備指南(I)(II)（Blueprint for EMI Course Design and Preparation Guide I&II）

２、講者：

Subject:We are forwarding information regarding three joint EMI lectures organized by our university’s EMI Teaching Resource Center. We kindly ask you to disseminate this information and encourage your faculty and students to actively register for participation. Thank you for your attention.

Description:

  1. To assist higher education institutions in enhancing their EMI course teaching capabilities, our EMI Teaching Resource Center is collaborating with the Teaching Excellence Center at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology and the Teaching Development Center at National Changhua University of Education to hold these three lectures, adhering to the principle of resource sharing to improve the effectiveness of teaching EMI courses.

  2. Details of the three lectures are as follows:

(1) Lecture 1

  1. Topic: Unlocking the Magic of EMI: From Theory to Real-World Adventures
  2. Speaker: Chiu Yi-Ying, Director of the Bilingual Center, National Chung Hsing University
  3. Date and Time: October 11, 2024 (Friday), 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  4. Location: Online via Google Meet (the meeting link will be sent after the registration deadline)
  5. Audience: Faculty from all higher education institutions

(2) Lecture 2
