【轉知】國立臺灣科技大學「EMI 學習輔導員」培訓課程/ EMI Learning Facilitator Training Program

主旨：本校EMI教學資源中心辦理《EMI教學助理》及《EMI學習輔導員》之資訊，詳如說明，請惠予轉知並邀請貴校學生踴躍報名參加，請查照。

說明：

一、本校EMI教學資源中心（以下簡稱本中心）於113年正式成立，配合2030雙語政策及EMI課程推動，結合技職院校與大學的教學特色，提供教學資源。114學年度第2學期將辦理EMI教學助理（EMI TA）及學習輔導員（EMI Tutor）課程，以提升EMI教學助理的能力與學生學習支援，實現資源共享及合作共好。

二、課程資訊：

(一)EMI TA 培訓課程(已額滿)：完整參與6小時(3堂課程)可以獲得EMI教學助理初階完訓證書。

１、課程日期：115年3月2日(一)中文場、115年3月3日(二)英文場。

２、課程時間:10:00-12:00、13:00-15:00、15:00-17:00，每次2小時共6堂課。

(二)EMI Tutor培訓課程：針對學生EMI學習輔導員培訓，提供學生全英課程:文宣推廣、簡報技巧與活動提案，搭配三次一對一諮詢，完整參與6小時課程及3次諮詢，可獲得EMI學習輔導員完訓證書。

１、課程日期：115年3月9日(一)、115年3月11日(三)、115年3月13日(五)及另須線上預約1對1諮詢。

２、課程時間:13:30-15:30。

(三)課程皆採線上方式進行，使用Microsoft Teams。完成報名並收到確認信件即為報名成功。

Subject: Information on the EMI Teaching Assistant Program and EMI Learning Facilitator Program Organized by the EMI Teaching Resource Center of Our University. Please kindly disseminate the information and encourage students from your institution to register.

Description:

  1. The EMI Teaching Resource Center of our university (hereinafter referred to as “the Center”) was officially established in 2024 (Academic Year 113) to support the national 2030 Bilingual Policy and the development of EMI courses. Integrating the teaching characteristics of both technical and vocational institutions and universities, the Center provides a variety of teaching resources. In the second semester of Academic Year 114, the Center will offer the EMI Teaching Assistant (EMI TA) Program and the EMI Learning Facilitator (EMI Tutor) Program to strengthen EMI teaching assistance and enhance student learning support, promoting resource sharing and collaborative growth.

  2. Program Information:

    (1) EMI TA Training Program:(The quota is full)
    Participants who complete 6 hours (3 sessions) of training will be awarded the EMI Teaching Assistant – Basic Certificate.

    1. Course Dates:
      March 2, 2026 (Mon) – Chinese Session
      March 3, 2026 (Tue) – English Session
    2. Course Hours:
      10:00–12:00, 13:00–15:00, 15:00–17:00
      (2 hours per session, 3 sessions, total 6 hours)

  3. (2) EMI Tutor Training Program:
    This program trains students to serve as EMI learning facilitators. It includes full-English training on promotional writing, presentation skills, and activity proposal planning, complemented by three one‑on‑one consultation sessions. Participants who complete 6 hours of coursework plus three consultations will receive the EMI Learning Facilitator Certificate.

    1. Course Dates:
      March 9, 2026 (Mon), March 11, 2026 (Wed), March 13, 2026 (Fri), and an additional scheduled online one‑on‑one consultation.
    2. Course Hours:
      13:30–15:30

  4. (3) All sessions will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Registration is considered successful once the confirmation email is received.
