【EMI公告/Announcement】112-2 EMI相關教師獎勵金與補助開放申請！/Applications Open for 112-2 EMI-Related Teacher Grants

關於112-2之EMI相關課程認列以及申請事項，詳列如下：


1. 112-2 學期EMI課程認列定義

(1)凡本學期之英語授課之專業科目，皆自動認列為EMI課程，並得以申請教師精進獎勵辦法之獎金項目。

(2)科技英文相關課程(EEB422、EI112、EI111、EI209、EI210、EEC601、EEC602)之英語授課課程，為ESP/EAP課程，不在此列。

(3)欲申請以下相關項目之教師，該學年需參加2次以上EMI之相關講座/工作坊

  • 學生問卷評鑑值 4.2(含)以上，提供6週/ 12週/全學期（扣除期中期末以及假日）影片之教師者，教師加給0.2/0.3/0.6倍。
  • 僅限EMI課程

▲請在期中之前將已錄製的影片上傳，期末時上傳剩下的影片，最後上傳日為6/30。

▲雲端空間

▲因上傳時會占用到上傳者的個人空間，中心將會在下載後通知老師刪除；

若個人空間不夠無法上傳，亦可提供Teams錄影的下載連結(請開啟共用)，供中心直接下載。


EMI/ESP/EAP課程助教開放申請

  • 為英語授課之課程
  • 該班30人以上
  • 需為電機通訊學院之學生

教師精進獎勵辦法新增獎勵項目-校外工作坊培力獎勵

提交證明與相關心得至中心辦公室(70506R)並填寫收據
  • 該學年需參加2次以上EMI之相關講座/工作坊
  • 參加校外舉辦之EMI相關實體講座/實體工作坊
  • 繳交參加證明相關心得報告(A4，1-2頁)

依經費使用，用罄得提早結束申請

Dear All,

Regarding the recognition and application procedures for EMI-related courses in the second semester of academic year 112, the details are as follows:


  1. 112-2 EMI Course Recognition Definition

(1)All professional subjects taught in English this semester(112-2) are automatically recognized as EMI courses and are eligible to apply for the teacher improvement incentive bonus.

(2)English-taught courses related to technology English (EEB422, EI112, EI111, EI209, EI210, EEC601, EEC602) are considered ESP/EAP courses and are not included in this category.

(3) Teachers intending to apply for the following related initiatives are required to attend a minimum of two EMI-related lectures or workshops during the academic year.

Workshop Attendance Confirmation Form:  Please contact the center assistant or check the email attachment for further information.

EMI Video Submission for Hourly Pay Application Form for the 112-2 Semester

  • Participation in a minimum of two EMI-related lectures or workshops during the academic year is required.
  • Teachers with a student questionnaire evaluation score of 4.2 or above (inclusive), providing videos for 6 weeks / 12 weeks/ the entire semester (excluding midterm, final exams, and holidays), will receive an additional 0.2 /0.3 /0.6 multiplier to their compensation.
  • Only for EMI Course.

▲ Considering the reimbursement process, the end-of-semester (112-2)questionnaire evaluation will be referenced; for courses in the second semester, the mid-term questionnaire evaluation will be referenced.

▲ Please upload the recorded videos before the midterm, and the remaining videos by the end of the semester, with the final upload deadline set for 6/30.

▲Upload video to cloud storage.


▲ Uploading may consume the uploader's personal storage space. The center will notify teachers to delete the file after downloading. If personal storage space is insufficient for uploading, you may also provide a downloadable link to the Teams recording (please enable sharing) for the center to download directly.

  • The class size must be 30 students or more.
  • Students must be from the College of Electrical Engineering and Communications.

▲The monthly salary for teaching assistants is NT.2500, with a four-month payment standard.

Addition of Reward Categories - External Workshop Capacity Building Incentive

Submit proof and relevant reflections to the center office (70506R) and fill out the receipt.
  • Participation in a minimum of two EMI-related lectures or workshops during the academic year is required.
  • Attendance at external EMI-related physical seminars or workshops organized outside the university is encouraged.
  • Submit proof of attendance and a reflective report related to the participation. (A4, 1-2 Page)

Depending on the fund utilization status, applications may close earlier if the budget is fully expended.

▲Participants are eligible to apply for a reward of 3000 NTD for each attended event.
