【轉知】國立成功大學(National Cheng Kung University)-「2025 Grand Challenge 臺灣SDGs議題英文海報競賽」

主旨：檢送本校雙語教育推動辦公室辦理「2025 Grand Challenge 臺灣SDGs議題英文海報競賽」，敬請鼓勵所屬學生踴躍報名參與，請查照。

說明：

一、目的：本活動秉持「培育可洞察臺灣議題及SDGs鏈結能力的國際人才」的教育目標，透過競賽培養學生的全球競合力，鼓勵學生將課程所學融入SDGs及全球性議題，並透過英語表達展現其見解與思辨能力，以提升學生的國際視野和應對能力。

二、參加對象：

(一)大學組：公私立大專校院113-2學期大學部在校學生（含外籍生）。

(二)碩博組：公私立大專校院113-2學期碩博班在校學生（含外籍生），且非在職專班學生。

(三)碩博組每隊須有指導教授（大學組不須有指導教授）。

(四)參賽學生可跨學系或跨院校，每隊1-3人（不含指導教授），個人不得重複參加。

四、參賽時程：

(一)初審收件日期：即日起 至 2025年4月13日（星期日）23:59止。

(二)初審入圍公告：2025年5月5日（星期一）。

(三)決賽繳件截止日：2025年6月9日（星期一）23:59止。

(四)決賽暨頒獎典禮：2025年6月21日（星期六；時間及地點另行公告）。

五、獎勵辦法：

(一)第一名：獎金新台幣5萬元、獎狀乙幀 （大學組、碩博組各一名）。

(二)第二名：獎金新台幣3萬元、獎狀乙幀 （大學組、碩博組各一名）。

(三)第三名：獎金新台幣1萬元、獎狀乙幀 （大學組、碩博組各一名）。

(四)優選獎：獎金新台幣6,000元、獎狀乙幀 （大學組、碩博組各三名）。

(五)最佳社會影響力獎：獎金新台幣5,000元、獎狀乙幀（大學組、碩博組各一名）。

(六)網路人氣獎：獎金新台幣5,000元、獎狀乙幀（大學組、碩博組各一名）。

(七)入圍獎：獎金新台幣5,000元、獎狀乙幀 （大學組、碩博組各四名）。

※依中華民國稅法規定，實際獎金將預扣稅額。另除網路人氣獎及最佳社會影響力獎外，其他獎項不得重複領取。

Subject: Invitation to the "2025 Grand Challenge: Taiwan SDGs English Poster Competition"

Dear Faculty and Students,

The Bilingual Education Promotion Office of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) is pleased to invite students to participate in the 2025 Grand Challenge: Taiwan SDGs English Poster Competition. We encourage all eligible students to register and take part in this meaningful event.

Event Details:

  1. Objective:
    This competition aims to cultivate international talent with insights into Taiwan’s issues and their connections to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By integrating classroom knowledge with SDGs and global topics, students will develop their global competitiveness, enhance their critical thinking skills, and improve their ability to express ideas in English.

  2. Eligibility:

    • Undergraduate Category: Currently enrolled undergraduate students (including international students) in the 113-2 semester at public and private universities.
    • Graduate Category: Currently enrolled master's and Ph.D. students (including international students) in the 113-2 semester at public and private universities (excluding executive master’s programs).
    • Graduate teams must have a faculty advisor (not required for undergraduate teams).
    • Students may form teams across departments or universities (1–3 members per team, not including the advisor). Each student may only participate in one team.

    • Preliminary Submission Deadline: Until April 13, 2025 (Sunday) at 23:59.
    • Preliminary Round Results Announcement: May 5, 2025 (Monday).
    • Final Submission Deadline: June 9, 2025 (Monday) at 23:59.
    • Final Presentation & Award Ceremony: June 21, 2025 (Saturday) (Time & Venue TBA).

  5. Awards & Prizes:

    • 1st Place: NT$50,000 + Certificate (1 winner per category).
    • 2nd Place: NT$30,000 + Certificate (1 winner per category).
    • 3rd Place: NT$10,000 + Certificate (1 winner per category).
    • Honorable Mention: NT$6,000 + Certificate (3 winners per category).
    • Best Social Impact Award: NT$5,000 + Certificate (1 winner per category).
    • Most Popular Online Award: NT$5,000 + Certificate (1 winner per category).
    • Finalist Award: NT$5,000 + Certificate (4 winners per category).

  6. ※ Note: According to Taiwan’s tax regulations, prize money is subject to tax deductions. Each team can only receive one prize, except for the Most Popular Online Award and Best Social Impact Award, which may be awarded in addition to other prizes.
