【轉知/Notice】台大EMI教學資源中心「EMI-TA培訓工作坊」/ NTU EMI Teaching Resource Center "EMI-TA Training Workshop"

各位好:

台大EMI教學資源中心秉持資源共享精神，將於今年3月份辦理跨校EMI-TA培訓工作坊及英文寫作營Writing Retreat，以協助各校培養EMI教學助理（EMI TA）之教學技能及提升研究生英文寫作能力，敬請惠予轉知並鼓勵貴校師生踴躍報名參加，活動相關資訊如下：

第一梯_國立臺灣大學-教師與職員專場

【工作坊日期】3/9(六)下午2點至4點

【工作坊地點】國立臺灣大學普通教學館2樓203教室

【工作坊內容】

1. 兩小時之線上教學 (參與方式將報名截止後另行以Email通知)


2. 實體工作坊

●六十分鐘實體體驗教學

●四十五分鐘之分流主題工作坊-主題: 課堂狀況與挑戰：助教的教學急救站

【授課語言】英文

【報名資訊】

Dear all,

The NTU EMI Teaching Resource Center, committed to the spirit of resource sharing, will be hosting a series of inter-university EMI-TA training workshops and English Writing Retreats in March this year. These events aim to assist schools in cultivating the teaching skills of EMI teaching assistants (EMI TAs) and enhancing the English writing abilities of graduate students. Please kindly disseminate this information and encourage faculty and students from your institution to actively participate. Details of the events are provided below:

Inter-University EMI-TA Training Workshops

Session 1: National Taiwan University - Dedicated to Faculty and Staff

  • Workshop Date: March 9th (Saturday) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • Workshop Venue: Room 203, 2nd Floor, General Teaching Building, National Taiwan University
  • Workshop Contents:
    1. Two hours of online teaching (participation details will be notified via email after registration)
    2. Physical Workshop:
      • Sixty minutes of hands-on teaching experience
      • Forty-five minutes of thematic workshops: Topic - Classroom Situations and Challenges: Teaching First Aid Station for Teaching Assistants
  • Language: English
  • Registration Information:
    • Registration Period: From now until March 1st (Friday) at 11:59 PM or until full capacity is reached.
    • Capacity: 70 participants

      • Sixty minutes of hands-on teaching experience
      • Forty-five minutes of thematic workshops: Topic - Classroom Situations and Challenges: Teaching First Aid Station for Teaching Assistants
  • Language: English
