Academic Award and Multi-Skills Award Review Rules for Students from the College of Electrical and Communication Engineering, Yuan Ze University

Article 1 In order to encourage students of the College of Electrical and Communication (hereinafter referred to as “the College”) to have excellent and outstanding academic performance during their studies, the College has formulated these regulations in accordance with the Student Award Regulations of the University.
Article 2 Students who fulfill the following requirements are eligible to apply for academic or multi-skill awards:
Article 3 Students who are eligible for this award may apply to the department (group, program) or to a unit at the same level for recommendation by themselves or by the relevant unit based on relevant information, such as study or research results, copies of papers from famous domestic and foreign journals, and results or awards won in academic competitions. The application will be reviewed at the College meeting and then sent to the student affairs meeting of the Office of Student Affairs for re-examination.
Article 4 Matters not covered in these rules shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Student Award Regulations of the University.
Article 5 These rules will be approved by the college affairs meeting and submitted to the student affairs meeting for approval before implementation.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
