Charter for Organizing Curriculum Committee in the College of Electrical and Communication Engineering at Yuan Ze University

Clause 1.   Based on Clause 24 of the implementation details of university regulations and Clause 10 of the organizational charter of Yuan Ze University, the department has created the Curriculum Committee (hereafter as the Committee).

Clause 2.   The chairperson of the Committee is the Vice College Head and 3 representatives from each departmental group. In addition to the above mentioned committee members, one to three external scholars, experts, industrial or student representative (including alumni) can be invited to the Committee to provide opinions for planning future curricula.

Clause 3.   The Committee has the following responsibilities:

1. Planning the mandatory courses offered by the College.
2. Reviewing the curricula and credited programs offered by different d departmental group in the College.
3. Coordinating and integrating the faculty members and resources in the College.

Clause 4.   The Committee calls at least one meeting each semester. The documents that have been approved and ratified will be sent to the university Curriculum Committee for further approval.

Clause 5.   Based on the meeting regulations, related staff can be invited to the meeting if necessary.

Clause 6.   This set of details is ratified in the university Curriculum Committee and the Teaching Affair meeting before implementation. All amendments/revisions require the same procedures.
